Shipping Shipping is not included in the prices of the animals unless noted. Please email or call with your zip code for a shipping quote. Due to shipping rates being so unpredictable we are no longer using a flat rate shipping program. UPS Next Day Air (usually runs $50-$65). USPS Express Mail (usually runs $20-$25) available for locations that are guaranteed next day delivery. Please contact us to find out if your location qualifies for USPS shipping. There will be a $3 box fee added to most orders. NOTE: There is a $10 handling fee for orders under $100. We only ship within the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Someone must be home to sign for the package the first time it is attempted to be delivered or all guarantees are void. Please note that someone MUST SIGN for the package. Any address correction charges incurred from the carrier because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be billed to the customer. We reserve the right to delay shipments during extreme weather conditions. We only ship Mondays and Tuesdays unless other arrangements have been made.
